Tuesday, Week Five

Hello everyone, today was my last day in Sweden! I started with a tasty breakfast. 

Our first museum today was the Paradox Museum! It was full of optical illusions and I found it very fun, but a little crowded. 

Our next visit was to the Swedish Royal Palace, and we got there just in time to see the changing of the guard! 

We stopped for lunch at an Irish Pub, and I was so hungry I blacked out a little bit and there is only one picture. 

We spent most of our time in Old Town, and decided to take a boat tour for our last day here, and we enjoyed some time on the water. 

We stopped at a local jazz bar before heading back to the hotel.

I enjoyed my final day in Sweden, and I'm going to rest up for our plane departure tomorrow! I hope everyone had a good day today, and that life treats you well! I'll send you off with some pictures of the city!

Monday, Week Five

Hello everyone, I started my final leg of the trip today with a small breakfast! 

My friend and I had a few hours down time, so we ran down to a bakery for some tea.

Today had a lot of fun museums. We started at the Nordic Museum, then visited the Spirits Museum, the Viking Museum, and the ABBA Museum.

I had a lot of fun today, and I was super hungry during lunch and completely forgot to take a photo. I do have a picture of me heading to lunch, though. 

I got a little hot towards the end of the day, and I'm kind of worn out, but it was a very satisfying day! Dinner was at Mandarin City. 

I hope you all had a good day and that you get to dance and sing every once in a while.

Sunday, Week Four

 Hello everyone! Today was a long travel day. We said goodbye to Mullsjö today with some coffee.

We also said goodbye to Örjan and some other friends we made during the trip. 

Halfway into our drive to Stockholm, we stopped for some lunch.

Once in Stockholm, we had some time before dinner, and we decided to go to a Lebanese restaurant.

Today was a little slow, and filled with a lot of van time, but I had fun with my friends. I hope everyone had a good day, and that you get to try new foods sometime!

Saturday, Week Four

Hello everyone, today was my last day at the Folkhögskola. My friend was really sweet and made me some coffee this morning. 

I spent today packing, doing laundry, and finishing any prints I really wanted to do. I took a break for some lunch, also given to me by my friend.

I had some down time while waiting, but I'm fairly frazzled trying to make sure everything turns out okay, so I spent a lot of it just making lists. Dinner was pizza.

I dont have much for today, which is okay, because you all still need to see my final. 

We were tasked with creating five distinct prints in a series, which was whatever we chose it to be. I chose something a little more abstract, as I like encouraging people to think a little deeper when they see my work. My topic was "The Way We Exist In Space." Or, how we live our lives and interact with the world around us for the time we are here. The final photo in this selection is the last photo I took in Sweden. 

I hope you like them! And I hope everyone gets to have an adventure they will remember for a lifetime!

Friday, Week Four

Hello everyone! Today was the last day of school and I did not eat breakfast! I did, however, have my final! I don't have pictures right now, but I do have pictures of our Midsummer celebrations!

I also painted some today, which was a lot of fun, but I have spent over five hours with my friends having our last party of the summer! I will post pictures tomorrow, I promise!! Sorry, but I am having a lot of fun!! 

I hope everyone has friends they can have fun with!!! I'll get back yo you all when I have some down time!!!
