Hello everyone! Today was a good day. I was feeling tired and slow to get out of bed, but a good breakfast cheered me right up!
We started class with a small critique, and Örjan gave us some really valuable help to improve prints we've made. I spent the majority of my time working on improving what I had, maybe you'll be able to see the difference from the photos I share (I'd hope so, at least, or else I'm not doing a good job)! We paused briefly for lunch. After which, I went right back to work on some new prints. They are their distinct forms, but I will try and push them further tomorrow to get them to really pop. I got out from the darkroom around 15:00 and I was studying up and taking it easy until dinner. In case you're wondering, that is pineapple, chicken, and curry pizza! It's actually pretty good! I'm taking it easy now with some Russian Earl Grey. For anyone who eants to know, Russian Earl Grey lets the lemongrass, orange, and cornflower parts of the mix take precedence over the bergamot oil. Overall, it creates a lighter, more sunny taste as opposed to the moodiness of Earl Grey. I'm a bit of a tea fan, and I love to try all sorts of blends!I'm signing off early today to give myself a nice relaxing evening. I hope everyone is doing well and you all get some time to rest and relax!I'll see you soon!
